Stock:

We try very hard to keep our inventory up-to-date and accurate.

We reserve the right to hold an order if one or more items are out of stock so that we can send a complete order to you. If your order contains backordered items, we will notify you by e-mail. At our discretion, we may then send you a partial order and fulfill the backordered item later at our shipping expense. We ship via U.S. Mail.

 Pre-Orders

We accept pre-orders on many new items. Payment is due at the time the order is placed. PLEASE READ THE LISTING INFORMATION CAREFULLY REGARDING APPROX. SHIPPING TIMES.  You will receive and email with tracking when the order ships.

 Shipping:

Standard shipping on most orders is approximately 1-2 weeks.   Orders are shipped TUESDAYS & FRIDAYS. Some items require additional shipping time such as custom orders.  For all USA addresses, our preferred shipping method is USPS. We will provide a tracking number for all orders. 

We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses or PO Boxes. Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order.

Refund policy?

Due to copyright laws we can not accept returns on any cross stitch patterns or charts. 

 All Sales are FINAL

Occasionally, we make a mistake on an order.  We are human too.  If you have a problem with your order, please send us an email within 2 days of receiving it, with your order number and a description of the issue to:  hometownneedleworks@gmail.com.  The return will be at our discretion.

 

 

Privacy Policy

We do not give out e-mail addresses we have on file to anyone for any reason. They will not give out any e-mail address they have on our subscriber list to anyone. We will not call you at work nor will we leave voicemail messages on a phone that clearly has a business voicemail message unless you tell us that you are permitted to receive personal calls at your place of work.

We do not store our customers' credit card information at the store in any fashion (electronically or on paper). For this reason, you will have to re-enter that information each time you place an order. Due to the high incidence of cyber hacking we find it necessary to adhere to this policy to best protect your important financial information.

We use PAYPAL to process credit card information.
